On April 3, 2023, from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., the national coordination committee for monitoring innovation and university entrepreneurship organized a Ramadan evening for startups via videoconference , on the  preparation of a model of the worksfor, the benefit of students from the University of Tlemcen and the University Center of Maghnia. The events of this evening were overseen by Pr. SARI HASSOUN Zakaria, the Teacher  ACHACHI Wassila, and the visitor in charge of the incubator at the Maghnia University Center, teacher DERFOUFE Amine.

The University of Tlemcen's Rector, Pr. MEGHACHOU Mourad, and his Vice-Rector, Pr. BENSAIM Bounouar,  as well as the the regional coordinator of the national coordination committee, Pr. LAAGAB Djilali, had the privilege of opening us this evening, and they emphasized the necessity for the student's success in realizing his proposal and stepping up efforts from all parties.
